We ship our stationery and postcards with care throughout the United States using USPS services such as First Class and Priority Mail, depending on package weight and size.
Processing Time:
Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders submitted on weekends or holidays may take an additional 1–2 business days to process. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Rates and Delivery Estimates:
One single postcard: Complimentary worldwide shipping (no tracking)
U.S. orders of $35 or more: Free shipping
U.S. orders under $35: $4.99 flat rate (3–5 business days)
Priority Mail upgrade: $8.99 (2–3 business days)

International Shipping (Canada):
We currently ship to Canada via USPS First-Class Package International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS pricing and package weight. Delivery is typically 7–14 business days. Any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and Support:
Track your order through the USPS link in your shipping confirmation.
If you experience any shipping issues, such as damage or delays, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.
All sales at Topping’s Express are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds except in cases where we made an error.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist promptly.
Custom and Bespoke Orders:
Custom and bespoke items cannot be canceled or returned once submitted.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with our Bespoke Policy before submitting any request.
If an order violates this policy, it will not be fulfilled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued only when Topping’s Express is at fault, such as a fulfillment mistake or when a bespoke order is declined under our Bespoke Policy.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All bespoke and custom product requests are subject to review and approval.
Topping’s Express reserves the right, at its discretion, to decline, refuse, or cancel any bespoke or custom order, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including requests that are:
- Unlawful or defamatory
- Harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening
- Obscene, pornographic, or promoting violence or self-harm
- Otherwise inconsistent with our company values or policies
- Infringing, or potentially infringing, on another party’s intellectual property or rights
If a bespoke order is declined or canceled for these reasons, any payment received for the canceled portion will be refunded according to our Refunds policy above.
